AYKA disposable test pack is a small, easy to handle product containing multiple layers of medical index cards some of which are die cut to make space for the monitoring indicators. Each test pack consists of class 5 chemical integrator and a self contained biological indicator for steam process. The test pack also has a process indicator on the outer label which changes color on exposure to steam.
It is designed to parallel the performance of the AAMI test pack.
The disposable test pack is for single use only and should be disposed off after use.
Biological and chemical indicators are considered as Class B Medical Device Under Medical Device Rules, 2017 vide G.S.R. 78 (E) by Govt. of India
