Helix devices have been proven to detect the sterilisation failures earlier, occurring due to non-condensable gases , bad steam conditions & time & temperature issues and as such enhances the quality control of the related department.
Ayka offers Batch monitoring by helix devices in various types of sterilisation methods like steam, EO and plasma. No need to wait for the BI result* and the load can immediately be released based upon the interpretation of the helix test.(* only non-implantable loads)
Chemical Indicators are considered as Class B Medical Device Under Medical Device Rules, 2017 vide G.S.R. 78 (E) by Govt. of India
